Who operates the platform?

Saud International School operates Active, this activities platform, for students, families, school staff and activity creators.

What information do we use, and where does it come from?

The information depends on how you use the platform.

• Information you provide, such as account and contact details, activity choices and the text of a support request.
• Records provided by school systems, including a student school ID or national ID when supplied, date of birth, school, branch, grade and section, approved guardian links and staff contact details.
• Service records such as registration and payment status, sign-in history and events needed to secure the service and resolve problems.

Browser and session information

The platform uses cookies for sign-in and session security. If you send a support request without signing in, the browser session keeps that request’s private access key so you can continue after refreshing the page. Keep the private tracking link to open it later.

Why do we use it?

We use this information to show relevant activities, manage registration, places, schedules and attendance, track payment status where applicable, answer support requests, protect accounts and review actions in the platform.

Who can access it?

Authorised school staff can access information needed for their roles. An enabled service, such as payment or verification, may use a provider selected by the school. A publicly visible activity does not make account or student records public.

Retention and location

The school keeps records needed to operate activities and handle requests under its applicable obligations. Use Support to ask about retention periods or processing location, or to request a review of deletion.

Your rights and contact

You can request access to or a copy of your information, correction, or a review of deletion through Support, subject to identity verification and applicable obligations. Do not put national ID numbers, document images or card details in the request description; the school will explain how to verify your identity if needed.
