Do I need an account to browse activities?
No. You can browse public activities without signing in. Joining or expressing interest requires the sign-in method appropriate for you.
Where are school-day activities?
Academic activities appear to eligible people after school sign-in and are not part of the public activities list.
Does expressing interest reserve a place?
No, not while an activity is gathering participants. If it reaches its minimum and is confirmed, your request status will show what is needed to confirm a place.
When is registration confirmed?
For a confirmed free activity, your place is confirmed when a join request is accepted. For a paid activity, wait until the booking shows Confirmed after successful payment processing; a payment attempt alone does not guarantee a place. Check the request or booking status in your account.
Can a guardian register a child?
Yes, from the family account when the child is linked to it and meets the activity’s conditions.
How do I ask for help?
Send a support request. The school replies inside the request. If you submitted it without an account, keep its private tracking link so you can reopen it later.
