Terms and conditions
These terms explain use of the Active platform. An activity may show additional terms before you complete its registration.
Using an account
Use the sign-in method meant for you, keep your credentials and private support tracking link safe, and provide accurate information when creating an account or sending a request. Do not use accounts belonging to others or publish their information. A guardian registers a child from the family account; signing in alone does not grant authority to register for someone else.
Activities and registration
You can browse public activities without an account. Academic activities appear to authorised people after school sign-in. Each activity has its own conditions, dates and intended group, and details may change before registration is completed.
Interest and confirmed registration
Expressing interest while an activity is gathering participants does not reserve a place. Once the activity is confirmed, a free place is confirmed when a join request is accepted; a paid place is confirmed when the booking shows Confirmed after successful payment processing; a payment attempt alone does not prove a booking.
Fees and activity-specific terms
Available fees and activity terms are shown before the action that asks you to accept them. Review the published activity terms. To request cancellation or a refund review, send a support request; the school will review your case under the applicable activity terms.
Contact
If your details are wrong or you have a registration or payment problem, send a support request and follow the school’s reply inside it. A guest request relies on its private tracking link; keep that link and do not share it publicly.
